Equine Affaire, Springfield, MA - Nov 7-10, 2002

In November of 2002, we met with our friends the DiMaria's of Gypsy Grace Ranch and had a gypsy horse extravaganza at the Massachusetts Equine Affaire Horse Expo.  With Babydoll, Legend Boy, two of Gypsy Grace's 2002 fillies, and our Olivia and Baker, we took the place by storm.  A great time was had by all, and many horse enthusiasts got to see their first gypsy horses.  The horses were used all weekend in numerous demos and clinics, as word spread fast that they were so easy to work with.  Olivia and Babydoll pulling their traditional gypsy carts in traditional gypsy harness were also featured in the "Pfizer Fantasia" performances.  Some of these horses will also be seen at the Equine Affaire in Columbus, Ohio in April of 2003.  Come see us there!

I meant to do this with the camera...<grin>  My camera was acting up all weekend (as you can see from the fuzzy shots), but this was an interesting effect.  Babydoll in the lime-light!

BTW, LB had never been ridden before this event.  Jeff just hopped up rode him all around the complex, with crowds, and other horses, etc.  It's just one testament to the nature of gypsy horses.
