Parker, Colorado
Christmas Carriage Parade 2002
On November 30, 2002,
we took our big mare Dinah to the
Parker, Colorado Christmas Carriage Parade. Our friends Gary Smith
and Marie Harrity from Snow Ghost Farms met us there with their yearling
gypsy horse filly, "Holly". Holly
and Dina hadn't seen each other since April, on a rainy mountainside in
England, but they were thrilled to see one another again. They
both were complete dolls during the whole parade, and were a big hit!
We all had so much fun we already can't wait until next year.

There's a lot of waiting in Parades. Here, Jeff and Dina (and
Holly too) wait for the "GO"

Holly and "Da Boys" come back from the Convenience store, where they
picked up some good buns for gypsy horse treats! Santa waits in
the background.

Finally, we're moving along... Sort of. Start and Stop, Start and

Then end of the day. Thomas our little guy (4 years, same age as
Dina!), supervises the unhooking - Untacking and a quiet ride with Jeff aboard
