Grey Gal
This has always been one of my favorites of "Jim's" mares. I could have bought her for short time last spring, but then he decided to use her for driving to the horse fairs in the summer, so didn't want me to sell her. He would part with her again now that the fair season is over. She's just the sweetest, most lovely gal you will find. She's dead broke to drive, she (along with Babydoll) pulled his very valuable living wagon to the fair this summer, and you don't put a green horse on a good wagon like that. She's 5 years old now, right at about 15 hands, and very heavy in bone and hair. This gal is quiet enough for a complete beginner to drive or ride (she's mostly been driven, but is completely quiet when ridden as well). She adores people, and is a real pocket horse. $20,000 thru both mare quarantines.

Grey gal is acting as "Sideliner" to Babydoll (AKA Polly) on the busy road to
the horse fair. They switched positions throughout the 60 mile journey,
sometimes Grey gal was in the shafts, and Babydoll was sidelining. You
will see more pictures from this event on the
Fun
Photos page, with lots more shots of Grey Gal. You can see a video
clip taken at the same time as this picture from the
videos page. It's called "On the road to the horse fair"

John, (6'4"), hops on grey gal last winter and rides her around with no tack.
