Sunny
Cute, Cute, Cute

Adorable is the best term for this girl!  This is a filly that "Jim" and I saw for the first time together.  He took me to a field belonging to a friend of his.  This field had lots of wonderful horses, including the mare, "Meg", and the mother good filly "Teddy", called the "Teddy Mare".  I was like a kid in a candy store!  This whole herd is very well bred, with long traceable bloodlines, and some of the best horses anywhere behind them.  They are all from the same stock behind "Jim's", so these are the best lines you can find.  These aren't the little ones either.  Most of these horses are 15 hands or better, so this gal will have some size.

After our visit to the field, we were soon able to have a deal with the man on the mare Meg, but he wasn't going to let go of his 2002 fillies.  There were about 4 REALLY nice ones in the field, and this one was my favorite of them all.  "Jim" tried and tried to buy her for me, but no good.  A couple of months later, he tried again, and was finally able to get her from the seller!  These pictures were taken in October.  She's "come twice heavier" in hair now, but still has all the quality needed in a filly this classy.  She's a gem, and has a great look to her.  She steps really snappy, and will make an awesome driving horse some day.  This gal is a real charmer!

Sunny's mom.  She is almost all black, but still carried the tobiano gene, as evidenced by the white in her mane (and tail, but you can't see that).  She has more white on the other side, but I didn't get a picture of her other side.
